What is Bigmart?

Bigmart is one of the largest hypermarkets and supermarkets chain in the UAE. The brand was launched in the region in 2007 as a family business, aiming to provide a new dimension to customers in the grocery shopping industry. Today, Bigmart is an entity of Emirates Madina Holding company, whose portfolio is diversified into Retail, Wholesale, Information.
The company is a key contributor to the economy of the UAE with an annual turnover of more than AED350 million. Today, Bigmart’s family has grown to over 5000 people from 15 people in 2007.

How can I make an order on Bigmart for the first time?

First select your location. For your first order, fill-in your address and register your mobile number (your personal information is treated confidentially. For more information please read our privacy policy)
Browse through the wide variety of products or search for a product and add it to your basket by tapping on it. The last step is to review your order, select the preferred payment method and place your order.

What kind of products do you have?

With Bigmart you can order a wide range of products, from fresh fruits to birthday candles. Product lines include: fruits & vegetables, dairy & eggs, bakery, soft drinks & juices, candies & snacks, beauty & hygiene products, meat & fish, cans & jars, baby care products, household care products, pasta and rice, coffee and tea, herbs, pet care and healthy and organic product

Are they any charges for Registration?

No, there are no charges for registration.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose from the following payment methods as per technical availability:
      • Card on delivery
      • Cash on delivery (an amount not exceeding AED 6,500)

What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?

If no one is at home during the agreed delivery time, we will do our best to contact you and reschedule the delivery at another preferred time. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.

What if the delivered product is incorrect or damaged?

We highly advise you to review the items upon receiving them at the door. However, if for any reason you were unable to review the products at the time of delivery and a certain product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us. Bigmart will initiate the required action immediately; given that, the issue is reported within 24 hours.

What is your refund Timeline?

Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by
you as follow:
      a). if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center.
      b). if your refund is to your wallet, you will receive the refund immediately after your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by us team

Are the prices on the website the same as in-store prices?

How do I get a receipt?

You will receive an email with an invoice that summarizes your order.

What is the weight variance?

As we sell perishable items for which the weight is variable, the actual price is not known until we have prepared and weighed your order. Your order may have an increase in the amount.

What are the available delivery timings?

All orders placed between 9 AM to 4 PM will be delivered on the same day before 8 PM, orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered on the next day.
