From the day you receive your order/products, our return policy is valid for 7 days.
Product(s) purchased on BIGmart mobile application or from bigmart.ae may be returned and/or exchanged by pickup through BIGmart online riders. Please ensure that a copy of the delivery note is available at the time of return. Customers should ensure that the products are not damaged and sealed properly in their package for returns/exchanges.
If you have received a product(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with damages or any other issue) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval. We also offer the following refund options: –

Please remember: The product(s) should be in its original condition, including in unopened packages, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and others if applicable. For a pickup service, delivery charges may apply.

Delivery charges
Full refund of delivery charges are possible only if a customer returns/refunds the whole order. For customers returning/exchanging a single product from an order, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Returns for online/payments
Returns/Exchanges for goods purchased through online payment are processed in according to the regular guidelines. Refunds to cards will be processed by the third party (Banks).
